 I had less than two months to locate and secure a home for us to live in when my husband was transferred from Champaign, IL to Astatula, FL for his job.  Emily realized I was in a crunch and took time to locate a home in Clermont that fit our needs before I even flew into town to look at properties.  Thanks to Emily and Janet at Rocker Realty, our transition to Clermont was a breeze. Most of our paperwork was handled through email and snail mail.  Emily made sure that I had all of the utility information prior to our arrival so we wouldn’t have to deal with it once we arrived.  She also had a list of just about any type of vendor I could possibly need waiting for us when we showed up to pick up our keys.
